Raw Paw Drop Ship is a free service that allows anyone an accessible option to print their designs on shirts.
Our goal is to provide artists, musicians, and brands the ability to make money without any upfront cost. We are offering a zero-risk solution for selling your shirt designs online through preorders. The more shirts you sell, the more money you make. Raw Paw will host your design online, print your shirts, and ship your orders. You only need a vision to bring your creativity to life and we will take care of the rest.
To join, go to the top of our website and under the Drop Ship drop down click on "Submit Your Design". The page will walk you through all the steps you need to complete.
We are in this ship together!
All designs on Raw Paw Drop Ship are Screen Printed. Screen printing is the process of pressing ink through a meshed screen to create a printed design. Designs are separated by color layer and each color layer gets its own screen. This is the best way to get a high quality, beautiful print that will last over time.
Traditional print-on-demand companies generally require you to use a process called DTG (Direct to Garment) printing because it is a quicker way to produce shirts. DTG prints are digitally printed and sit on top of the shirt, creating a “texture” to the print.
Raw Paw Drop Ship uses screen printing to produce a more vibrant, better feeling, and more durable print than DTG. While it takes slightly longer to produce, the shirt you order from us was literally made with love by hand!
The diagram below shows how we create a screen for each color of a design.

A minimum of 10 shirts must be sold in order for your design to be produced.
If less than 10 shirts are preordered, all sales will be refunded to customers.
Check out our "Tips for Promoting Your Designs" (see below in the Drop Ship FAQ) to help you make that goal.
Selling shirts takes time! Building your audience, promoting your shirt, and collecting sales is a learning process with no right “one size fits all” solution for everyone. If you don’t make any sales your first time, give it another go! When your campaign ends, it’s not ended forever. You can relaunch your campaign for another 3 weeks or shorter amount of time.
Yes, we are able to print on other styes of shirts. Send us an email or leave a comment in the Notes section of the submission page, and we will get back to you.
It's more eco-conscious and cost-effective.
Minimal Waste: Running a preorder campaign allows us to collect all the orders upfront, so we are able to sustainably produce only the shirts that have been ordered and not create extra waste.
Free Service: The preorder model allows us to offer this as a free service to users to sell their designs on shirts. There are no upfront costs, no money down, and it is completely risk-free to use.
Fulfillment and Shipping: Many artists want to sell their shirts but do not have the infrastructure for fulfillment and shipping. We take care of this for you, along with customer service!
Our preorders typically run for 3 weeks, but we are happy to accommodate a shorter or longer run time. Just let us know in the Notes when you submit your Drop Ship design. You can also choose to extend your preorder after your campaign.

For t-shirts we offer sizes: XS-4XL. For long sleeve shirts we offer sizes S-4XL. Use the below sizing guide to help find which size is best for you.

Our preorders typically run for 3 weeks. After the preorder ends, the product page will be taken down and customers will no longer be able to purchase.
Production usually begins 10-15 business days after the preorder ends and shirts are shipped out after. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking once the order is packed up.
Shirts are printed after the preorder ends. Once the shirts have been printed, we fold, pack, and ship them to customers.
After the shirts are fulfilled, customers will receive an email notifying them that the order is shipping or is ready for pick up, depending on which shipping method they selected.
If shipping was selected, they will receive an email with tracking info so they can keep an eye out for their order to be delivered. We proudly ship worldwide using the United States Postal Service.
For local pickup: Raw Paw is located at 506 E St Elmo Rd, A3, Austin, TX 78745 (look for the pink door)! Shop hours are Monday - Friday from 10am - 6pm.

- Screen print ready design. (See FAQ questions below).
- Measurements of the design (in inches). (See FAQ questions below).
- Style & color of shirt. All the options are listed on the Raw Paw Drop Ship page.
Files that work best for screen printing are an Illustrator (.ai) or Photoshop (.psd) document sized for printing at 300 dpi with the color layers separated (.png, .jpeg, .pdf also work). For halftone images, please include the areas to be halftones in a separate layer.
If your design was created traditionally instead of digitally, please send in a high-quality scan of your image at 300 dpi.
For sizing, file dimensions should match the screen print size in inches at 300 dpi. For example, the max size for our standard print area is 12.5" wide and 15" tall, so the file size would match this at 12.5" x 15" at 300 dpi.
- Resolution: 300 dpi at print size
- Size: Front and Back designs needs to fit between 12.5 inches wide x 15 inches tall
- Size: Designs for Sleeves needs to fit between 3 inches wide x 18 inches tall

Currently for Raw Paw’s Drop Ship, we are only printing up to four ink colors for the whole design. This includes the front, back, and sleeves, as well as where there is shading. Our stock ink colors are no extra charge, while custom colors are $25 per color taken out of profits.
The shirt color doesn't count towards your four design colors, so you can try and work that into your design.
