When Gary Oldman as Dracula in the 1992 movie adaptation of Bram Stoker's Dracula uttered the words, "I have crossed oceans of time to find you" in that accent as thick as fresh blood, I knew homie had gone a long time without his Mina. That's some serious yearning. His love was as undying as he was undead. Talk about immortal love. This design is inspired by that deep, yearning love and that visually stunning armor designed by Eiko Ishioka. I put a little Latin spin on the text to give it more gothic vibes: Amor Immortalis. Finally, I put a dash of cheekiness into the design by adding a heart emoji in the eye of the skull; it's a little something to remind you not to be too serious. Bram Stoker's Dracula came out when I was a very young man and it has stuck with me for a long time for its mostly stellar cast and of course, that blood-red, iconic armor.
