Raw Paw is looking for reliable, hard-working people to join our Flex Production Crew. This is a flexible, project-based position for people interested in picking up shifts when our production schedule gets busy, during seasonal rushes, or when we take on large-scale projects.Unlike our regular full- and part-time positions, Flex Production Crew members will not have a guaranteed weekly schedule. Instead, we'll reach out when additional production help is needed and offer available shifts based on the size and timing of our projects. This could mean several shifts during a busy week, helping us complete a large order, or joining us for a longer seasonal production period. Flex Crew members help throughout our screen printing and fulfillment operation. Depending on the project, work may include catching shirts off the printing press, quality control, counting and sorting garments, folding and bagging shirts, applying size stickers and labels, packing orders, preparing shipments, organizing inventory, and other hands-on production work.This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and we're looking for people who enjoy physical, hands-on work and can jump into a team, follow instructions, and help us get a project across the finish line.

- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever production needs itInterest in screen printing, apparel, art, music, or manufacturing is a plus
- Previous production experience is helpful but not required

How Flex Crew Scheduling Works

When Raw Paw needs additional production help, we'll contact members of our Flex Production Crew with the dates, hours, and type of work available. Crew members can let us know whether they're available for that project or shift. There is no guaranteed minimum number of hours, and the amount of available work will vary throughout the year. Some periods may have frequent shifts, while others may have little or no Flex Crew work available. People who prove to be reliable and work well with our team may be offered additional shifts, longer-term seasonal work, or opportunities to apply for permanent positions as Raw Paw grows.
