Hell of Preference by Ryan Romola

Humans were once, very famously, wild. The instability and dangers of nature slowly pushed us toward civilization and becoming creatures of comfort. The predators watching us from the dark have shifted from having teeth to laws. The reflections off the back of a saber cat's inner eye are now echoed by IR cameras that track us for our “safety”. The plants that poisoned us now replaced with carcinogens leaked into our water and air. Our children once stolen by megafauna are instead stolen by those in power. Over thousands of years we’ve worked to craft our heaven, when we’ve only recreated hell in a different font.

Hi, my name is Ryan, I’m an art hobbyist out of Ocean County, New Jersey. Which basically means I day dream about doing this full time as much as I can.
