My interpretation on this project, 'Heaven or Hell' was that humans were not meant to differentiate between heaven or hell, as it is far beyond 'our' scope of understanding.

With 'It's' distorted view, 'Their' face blocked out and weeping, the red and white halo surrounding, it is because humans can't tell if it is truly an 'Angel' or 'Devil'. But whatever happens, the end will still come for all of us.

Hence the name, 'Que Sera, Sera', 'whatever will be, will be', whether if its hell or heaven, it will still be our end no matter where or what it is.
