This design was inspired by what I think a modern day grim reaper would look like. I thought it would be interesting to see if instead of a terrifying tall skeleton man in a black robe, it would be a young POC alt girl. I imagine collecting souls is a demanding job that requires a smoke break here and there. I reimagined her smoke would look like souls or some type of symbol of death. Giving her a more ghoulish and hellish look to her.
