Inspired by biblical depictions of celestial beings, The Eye of Heaven explores the unsettling side of the divine. I wanted to imagine an angel that feels both beautiful and unnatural. I used thorn-covered wings and many eyes to give my own horror-inspired twist. I love finding beauty in the mysterious and the strange, so I hope those who are mysterious and strange come to love this shirt!
