This depiction of heaven and hell was drawn instinctively, as I'm navigating the grief of relearning all I know about myself and the people I surround myself with. In it are contained the evils I didn't know my loved ones were capable of committing and refusing to acknowledge, the weary battles I would see others fight in pursuit of good that has left them scarred but no farther from themselves, the traits of both that I embody in my own person, and the chain that has tied our fates together. I can't see the concepts of good and evil, or heaven and hell, or salvation and damnation without seeing the other. Hence these two. They see each other.
