The raven embodies the duality of perception. Feared by some and revered by others, it reminds us that symbols and experiences carry only the meaning we assign to them. This design explores how heaven and hell can emerge from the same reality through the lens of perspective.

The two ravens represent opposing interpretations of the same reality…heaven and hell, light and darkness, hope and despair. Rather than placing them side by side, I intentionally merged them into a single image. The overlapping lines create a space of visual chaos where neither raven is immediately dominant, forcing the viewer to choose where to focus. As attention shifts, one raven emerges while the other recedes, even though the image itself never changes.

Design Challenge shirts will go into the production queue after the preorder period ends. Please note any orders for shirts that are part of our Design Challenge will take longer to print and ship due to increased demand.

Production begins after the challenge ends, and orders will go out as they are completed. We are a small artist run studio that cares about your artwork and our craft. We appreciate your patience as we print all Design Challenge shirts.
